Robert Irwin Coyly Reacts When Asked About His Dating Life

Robert Irwin is two-stepping around sharing details about his love life.

The Dancing With the Stars: The Next Pro host remained tight-lipped when he was recently asked whether or not there’s someone special in his life right now.

“Yeah, well, I keep that pretty private,” Irwin told The Daily Mail in an interview published Aug. 13. “Everything with my personal life.”

The 22-year-old’s comments come after he spoke out about the rumors that he could be in the next lead of The Bachelor, noting that “anything could happen.”

“Never say never,” he told Entertainment Tonight of the speculation back in February. “I’m in this realm right now where I’m like, ‘never say never.’”

However, Irwin doubted that his love life would make for interesting television.

“I’m an animal conservationist,” he said. “That’s my thing. My world is very different from most of the things that are reported on about me.”

“My life is a lot more boring than you might think,” Irwin continued. “It’s exciting when it comes to animals. I mean, I’m jumping on crocs and I’m catching snakes and I’m rescuing koalas. But when it comes to that side of it, I’m pretty vanilla.”
