Spinaroo Commercial IPO listing today. Here’s what GMP indicates

Just like many other SME IPOs this year, Spinaroo Commercial’s Rs 11 crore public offer also received marginal response from investors. The company’s shares will list on the BSE SME platform on Tuesday. Ahead of the listing, the GMP is 0% over the issue price, which is Rs 51 apiece.

The company will use the IPO proceeds for working capital requirements and general corporate purposes. It raised around Rs 11 crore by offering 19.94 lakh shares in fresh equity sale.

The company is involved in manufacturing aluminium foil containers, household aluminium foil, paper cups, plates, bowls, and semi-processed materials for paper cups such as coated, printed, and blanked paper.

It also deals in various machines related to paper cup production, including high-speed cup making machines, flexo printing machines, and automatic roll die cutting machines, offering complete support from start to finish.

Products are made using high-quality raw materials sourced from trusted vendors. These vendors use advanced machinery to ensure the products meet specific customer needs.

The company focuses on delivering reliable, high-performance products at competitive prices and on time.Two manufacturing units are located in the Jalan Industrial Complex in Howrah, Kolkata—one of which also serves as the registered office. Equipment is regularly maintained to keep up the production rate.
