Spirit Aero CFO to step down By Reuters

(Reuters) -Spirit AeroSystems on Wednesday said Mark Suchinski is stepping down as Chief Financial Officer of the aerospace supplier.

Suchinski will be replaced by board member and former Time Warner Cable executive Irene Esteves, effective immediately.

Suchinski will remain with the company for a transition period, Spirit said.
