Does SteelSeries offer free shipping?
Yes, SteelSeries customers will get free standard shipping on all orders worth $49.99 or more. If your order is worth less than $49.99, fees will be displayed at the checkout and calculated depending on what you’re ordering.
What is the SteelSeries returns policy?
SteelSeries offers up to 30 days for customers to return items after their purchase should they be unhappy. You’ll need to log in to your account and navigate to your order history to start a return. Once you’ve initiated a return, their team will get in touch to provide a shipping label to cover the cost of return shipping.
How do I contact SteelSeries?
