    Rohini Nilekani, philanthropist and wife of Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani, purchased shares worth Rs 8.55 crore in logistics firm Allcargo Gati via open market transactions.

    SpiceJet
    SpiceJet’s board approved the issuance of 48.71 equity shares to the eligible qualified institutional buyers at an issue price of Rs 61.60 per share.
