In order to redeem the offer, you’ll need to check your phone eligibility (most recent iPhone, Google Pixel, Samsung Galaxy, and Motorola models qualify), take a screenshot of your current phone balance, and submit the rebate. The credit will be delivered to you within 15 to 30 days in the form of a virtual MasterCard debit card that’s valid for six months.
