How does shipping at Tanga work?
Tanga endeavors to keep shipping costs to a minimum. They do this by offering free shipping on a product, if possible, or by combining shipping fees. Tanga partners with businesses to sell their products so, at times, they might need to charge shipping for each individual item.
Can I track my order?
The tracking process begins with Tanga sending customers an email containing the order’s tracking details. This is sent as soon as the item is shipped. It is also possible to check on your orders through the account section of the Tanga website. You’ll be able to get access to the status of all your orders as well as specific tracking information.
How do I return a product purchased through Tanga?
It is possible to return products purchased through Tanga. If you’ve changed your mind, you have 15 days from receipt of the product to qualify for a refund. Please note that Tanga will reduce the refund amount by the cost of the return. If the item you want to return is defective or damaged, you have 30 days to return the product. In this instance, Tanga will cover the cost of the return as well as provide a full refund. If you’ve purchased a final sale item, unfortunately, Tanga can’t accept returns or issue refunds unless they are defective, or broken, or you received the wrong item.
How do I contact Tanga customer support?
Tanga is a small team but they do everything they can to respond as quickly as possible. Simply send Tanga an email and they’ll get back to you with a response. There are also a range of questions and answers on the website so you might be able to get the information you need without having to send an email.
