Can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email so you know everything has gone through successfully. At the point of shipping, xTool will email you again, this time with a package tracking number. This will enable you to track the status of your order. From this point on, you will receive real-time information, via email, about the shipping progress.
How much is shipping?
If your order of an accessory or material is over $59, you automatically qualify for free shipping. All orders of machinery qualify for free shipping as well. If your accessory or material order comes to under $10, then you’ll have to pay $10 for delivery. Delivery to US locations takes 1-3 business days.
How do I return a product?
It is possible to return a product within 30 days of purchase, although it must be in its original condition and packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. If the order has been placed but not delivered, you can send an email to vicky@info.xtool.com. This will begin the return process and xTool will provide a full refund. Don’t open a chargeback; otherwise, the bank will charge you a handling fee. This will also prolong the refund process. If the item has already been delivered, please email support@info.xtool.com to let xTool know you’d like to return the product. You will be required to pay a service fee for the refund.
How do I contact xTool?
xTool recommends checking their support center prior to getting in touch. This provides a range of help which might answer the questions you have. For example, you may not meet a required minimum spend (i.e. spend £20 or more); you may not have enough times in your basket (e.g. you have only selected 2 products when trying to redeem a 3 for 2 multibuy offer), or your chosen offer may only apply to a certain type of product (i.e. 10% off laptops).

How we make money
