The Last One For The Road leads the nominations for Italy’s 71st David di Donatello awards which were announced at the historic Cinecittà studios in Rome on Thursday.
The road movie by Francesco Sossai, which originally world premiered in Cannes Un Certain Regard in 2025, is nominated in 16 categories.
Other frontrunners include Paolo Sorrentino’s Venice opener La Grazia with 14 nominations and Silvio Soldini’s WW2 The Tasters with 13.
