The S84F is the most affordable OLED TV in Samsung’s 2025 lineup. It’s equipped with a W-OLED panel which boasts near instantaneous response time, near infinite contrast ratio, and true blacks. Its image quality is superior to nearly every other non-OLED TV out there and is the best way to watch movies, TV shows, and sports games in gorgeous 4K HDR quality. Note that the S84F doesn’t use quantum dot technology that’s found in Samsung’s higher-end models.

The Samsung S84F is also an outstanding TV for gaming. It’s equipped with HDMI 2.1 ports and a native 120Hz panel, the prerequisites for running 4K at 120fps on a PS5 or Xbox Series, in addition to variable refresh rate and auto low latency mode. Nintendo Switch 2 games will also look amazing, even though the Switch 2 only supports up to 60fps in 4K.

Right now this is the lowest price we can find for a brand new and fully warrantied 77″ OLED TV, especially if you want to stick with a tried and true brand like Samsung. I did write about a 77″ LG Evo C5 OLED TV for $1,699.99. The C5 does offer better image quality so it’s worth consideration. But at more than $400 cheaper, this deal is hard to beat.
