Throughout season 2 of Tucci in Italy, Stanley Tucci returns to his beloved Italy, visiting five new regions — Naples and Campania, Sicily, Le Marche, Sardinia, and Veneto — to trace the link between Italy’s historical landscape and its culinary traditions, where the ritual of the shared meal remains the ultimate expression of its people.
In the finale episode, “Veneto”, Stanley Tucci visits the Due Palazzi, where some of the richest pastries are crafted by inmates as part of the Giotto project.
Tucci in Italy season 2 premieres on May 11 at 9pm on National Geographic, with new episodes airing every Monday. However, the complete season (including the episode “Veneto”, which contains the above clip) will be available to stream on Disney+ and Hulu on May 2.
