Wall St opens higher as jobs data eases slowdown fears By Reuters


(Reuters) – Wall Street’s main indexes opened higher on Thursday, bolstered by better-than-expected labor market data that eased worries of a slowdown in the world’s largest economy.

The rose 176.9 points, or 0.46%, at the open to 38940.38.

The rose 53.1 points, or 1.02%, to 5252.57​, while the rose 212.5 points, or 1.31%, to 16408.265.
