Out with the old and in with… AI? The Pitt season 2‘s storyline is set to feature AI in this week’s episode, as new attending physician Dr. Baran Al-Hashimi (Sepideh Moafi) implements a new patient processing system.
She’s joined the team to replace Dr. Robby (Noah Wyle) while he’s on sabbatical for the next three months, and quickly insists on shadowing him to ‘learn’ how he runs the ship. However, this is a thinly-veiled code for “actually, I’m going to change all current processes before you even step a toe out of the door”.
What time can I watch The Pitt season 2 episode 3 on HBO Max?
The Pitt season 2 episode 3 drops on HBO Max on January 22, 2026, at 6pmPT/ 9pm ET. It’s going to have the same weekly schedule, so you’re tuning in for exactly the same time week on week.
Internationally, you’re looking out for these timings:
- US – 6pm PT / 9pm ET
- Canada – 6pm PT / 9pm ET
- India – 7:30am IST, January 23
- Singapore – 10am SGT, January 23
- Australia – 1pm AEDT, January 23
- New Zealand – 3pm NZDT, January 23
You’ll notice that I’ve not included the UK here, and that’s because HBO Max doesn’t launch in that territory until March 2026.
The Pitt hasn’t aired on NOW TV or Sky like other HBO shows such as The White Lotus and The Gilded Age, so you’ll have to wait until it does to binge both seasons.
