I’ll be completely honest with you: When Calls the Heart season 13 is one of my most-anticipated TV shows of 2026.
The hit Hallmark series ended on an alarming cliffhanger last year, as season 12 drew to a close with Elizabeth (Erin Krakow) and Nathan (Kevin McGarry) taking the kids away from Hope Valley seemingly for good.

When Calls the Heart season 13 episode 1 drops on January 4 at 5pm PST/8 pm EST on Hallmark Channel.
Episodes will be available to stream the next day on Hallmark+. For the rest of the world, there’s been no official announcement on when the latest season will become available, but Hallmark content typically lands on other services, such as Prime Video, in due course.
Before you stream, make sure to double check if your region is showing When Calls the Heart season 13 in line with US release times – some international territories are subject to delays.
When do new episodes of When Calls the Heart season 13 come out?
As it stands, we only have the first four episodes of When Calls the Heart season 13 confirmed, with their release schedule following:
- Episode 1: ‘Up in the Air,’ January 4, 2026
- Episode 2: ‘Up in Smoke,’ January 11, 2026
- Episode 3: ‘Back to School,’ January 18, 2026
- Episode 4: ‘Until Proven Guilty,’ January 25, 2026
Anything beyond this is currently a mystery. We don’t know how many episodes season 13 will have in total yet, but logic tells us it will likely match season 12’s 12-episode run.
Season 12 also wasn’t subject to delays, meaning we should expect season 13 to wrap up sometime in March, unless Hallmark tells us anything differently.
