Eve Hewson Joins Channing Tatum In ‘Isle Of Man’

EXCLUSIVE: Eve Hewson is set to star opposite Channing Tatum in Isle of Man for Amazon MGM Studios. Reid Carolin will direct the pic. The film will be produced by Tatum and Carolin’s Free Association, Brad Pitt’s Plan B and Entertainment 360’s Guymon Casady and writer Jason Keller. 

Carolin wrote the script alongside writer and producer Keller and Bryan Johnson.

Long before Formula 1, World Endurance, and MotoGP, there was the Isle of Man TT. As the world’s oldest continuously running motorsport event, the TT remains a one-of-a-kind spectacle with no substitute and no equal. With riders pushing man and machine to the edge at nearly 200 mph, the TT represents the pinnacle of sporting endeavor and the relentless pursuit of glory.

In addition to the film, there is a corresponding docuseries that was filmed during last year’s TT Races with never-before-seen access to the riders and the races due to an exclusive partnership between the producers and the event promoters. The docuseries was produced by Channing Tatum and Reid Carolin’s Free Association, Brad Pitt’s Plan B, Entertainment 360’s Guymon Casady, writer Jason Keller, Box to Box Films (Drive to Survive; Full Swing; Tour de France: Unchained; Six Nations: Full Contact) and Mediawan, the leading independent European studio and majority stakeholder of Plan B.

Hewson has steadily built a dynamic and compelling career and risen the ranks among leading actors in the industry as she has built out a diversified slate of projects. across TV and film. She was most recently seen in Jay Kelly, directed by Noah Baumbach and starring George Clooney and Adam Sandler. Next up. Hewson will appear in Disclosure Day directed by Steven Spielberg for Universal Pictures, and is also set to star in an upcoming feature from Lenny Abrahamson opposite Tom Burke.

On television, she most recently appeared in the Netflix limited series The Perfect Couple and the second season of the dark comedy series Bad Sisters. Additional television credits include Flora and Son for Apple TV+, Behind Her Eyes for Netflix, Working Title’s adaptation of The Luminaries, and The Knick. Hewson’s previous film credits include Robin Hood, Papillon, Paper Year,  The True Adventures of Wolfboy, Tesla, Bridge of Spies, Enough Said, and This Must Be the Place.
