Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Free Download Confirmed

[

Just when we thought we’d seen the last of the leaks ahead of Ubisoft’s official reveal trailer for Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced, a new piece of information has just been revealed, fully supporting Black Flag‘s self-identified label of gaming’s worst-kept secret. While Ubisoft’s release of a free download for Black Flag is helping to tide over fans somewhat, there’s still more to uncover ahead of its upcoming announcement.

With the leak having been spotted by Reddit user Connect_Base_217, a streamer recently posted an announcement that fans believe is far too early, assuming that the “streamer forgot Ubi hasn’t announced it yet.” Given that nobody else seems to have uploaded anything remotely similar so far, it seems pretty easy to believe that it might have been a simple mistake by the streamer themselves.

Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Has Suffered Another Leak

While the latest leak isn’t anything major, like the announcement of a shadowdrop or confirming the currently rumored release date, the Reddit post links to an X page of the streamer Higgs_GG, who revealed that the Black Flag Resynced showcase will offer Twitch Drops when watching certain streamers during the event.

As a part of the official Ubisoft collaboration, watching 20 minutes of the showcase on a partnered streamer will supposedly give you access to the Rufino Pistol when Resynced releases. While this doesn’t reveal too much about Black Flag itself, it does point to the showcase being a fairly long showcase rather than a quick glimpse at the game from its 20-minute requirement.

Although some fans were busy arguing about how they feel regarding Twitch Drops in the first place, let alone about what it could mean for a single-player game like Black Flag Resynced, given Ubisoft’s past microtransaction controversies, plenty of others are distracted by how the project “has more leaks than a wooden pirate ship”.

Assassin’s Creed Fans Should Mark Their Calendars For Thursday

Black Flag Resynced world premier Ubisoft dates

Regardless of how you feel about the announcement, it is just another cherry on top of what to look forward to when the Black Flag Resynced reveal showcase drops this Thursday, which promises to finally offer a detailed look at the game that has received countless leaks and rumors about its development progress over the past couple of years.

While there’s still plenty of time for even more leaks or rumors to get revealed over the next few days ahead of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced‘s worldwide reveal showcase, hopefully the remake can live up to the hype of adapting one of, if not the most beloved Assassin’s Creed projects, while still having plenty more unique changes to look forward to that will spice up the experience.
