Set in 1953 Paris, Dinner With Audrey follows Hepburn when she was just 24 years old. It was a transitional period for the actor as she was right on the verge of global fame, but still had doubts about herself. She visits the fashion house of a de Givenchy, who is overworked. Although he initially turns her away, her determination eventually wins him over, and they develop an enduring friendship. Over the course of a single night, the two take risks to support one another, marking the beginning of their partnership.

According to Wayfarer Studios’ President of Production and Development, Andrew Calof, the film will accurately depict one of the most influential relationships in the entertainment industry. He promised that the film would stay faithful and respect the memories of both Hepburn and de Givenchy.

Dinner With Audrey hired acclaimed photographer Sophie Elgort to help depict the connection between Hepburn and de Givenchy. Her goal is to capture the spirit of 1950s Paris, as well as the young versions of the iconic duo. Over the course of the last 15 years, Elgort has developed a massive portfolio that includes editorial work, brand campaigns and portraits. Her work has been featured in publications such as Elle, The Financial Times, Town & Country, Vogue, and Harper’s Bazaar. She is also the sister of Ansel.

Ashok Armitraj and Priya Amritraj are producing Dinner With Audrey for Hyde Park Entertainment. Andrew Lazar and Vanessa Humphrey of Mad Chance Productions, and Wayfarer Studios will also serve as producers for the biopic. Justin Baldoni will executive produce through Wayfarer, reuniting him with Lazar after they collaborated on Clouds.
