Forza Horizon 6 Officially The Most Ambitious Entry Yet, Thanks To New Reveal

Forza Horizon 6 is gearing up for its imminent release on May 19, and the latest official update continues to show that it may be the series’ most ambitious installment to date. The Horizon Festival is on its way to Japan, and while FH6 is bringing the requisite staggering number of cars, it’s also expanding the beloved racing series in other specific areas.

Forza Horizon 6 is set to have the largest soundtrack in series history, with its tracks spread across nine curated in-game radio stations, per Forza‘s official site. Given the game’s setting, J-pop will make its debut in Forza Horizon 6, alongside the series’ staple “electronic anthems, energising drum & bass, feel-good electropop, heavy-hitting rock, alternative indie, hip-hop beats, nostalgic synthwave, and modern classical.” Not every track has yet been revealed, but they’ll all be announced ahead of release, and even organized into an official Spotify playlists.

With the announcement that Forza Horizon 6‘s soundtrack will be the largest in series history, two of the nine radio stations have been fully unveiled. Here are all the tracks for radio station Horizon Bass Arena (Spotify link):

The big reveal of Forza Horizon 6‘s soundtrack comes just as the game has gone gold. This means it is in a fully playable state, and has been certified for distribution. While last-minute development is likely ongoing, such as bug-squashing and optimization, going gold would have been Forza Horizon 6‘s last major hurdle ahead of release. FH6 is now ready to be preloaded on Xbox Series X/S and PC (via the Xbox app, Steam coming shortly), with the following file sizes:

• Xbox Series S: 130 GB
• PC: 160 GB (SSD required)

This latest entry in the long-running racing series is one of Xbox’s major 2026 releases, and is expected to continue Horizon‘s ascension as the preeminent arcade racing game. Japan has been a highly requested setting for years, so there’s a good chance that Forza Horizon 6 will continue the series’ financial success as well, especially once it belatedly releases on PlayStation 5 to an even wider audience.
