LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight might be a mouthful, but it somehow manages to encompass decades of Batman history in one sleek package. This massive history book of the game covers everything from classic Batman to the current era of Batman films, and it has fans of The Dark Knight perked up.
If you’re a massive fan, you can grab the Batman: Legacy of The Dark Knight deluxe edition, which includes legacy collection packs, the ability to play as Joker and Harley Quinn (as well as new story content), some cosmetics, a Dark Knight Returns Batsuit, and three days of early access to the game. If you aren’t keen on picking that all up now, the new story mission, mayhem mode, and Joker/Harley will be doled out as post-launch DLC separately in September.
Speaking of early access, over on X, WB Games just dropped the exact times for preloading and playing the game through early access. Read on for a full breakdown.
If you picked up the premium edition of LEGO Batman: Legacy of The Dark Knight, you’ll be able to play as early as May 18 at 6:00 PM if you live in Honolulu, Hawaii. From there, the launch will move to West Coast time, then Central, then East Coast in the US, when it arrives at midnight.
From there, WB is employing a “rolling midnight” launch for consoles. In other words, it’ll be playable at midnight on the East Coast, all the way to New Zealand on May 19. On PC, it’ll be handled differently: LEGO Batman: Legacy of The Dark Knight will be available on May 19 at 10AM PT.
