10 Pokémon TCG: Delta Reign Cards Worth The Most Money

It’s that time once again when a brand new Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion is here. Part of the Mega Evolution series, the Pokémon TCG: Delta Reign expansion brings even more stunning cards to the game for both avid players and collectors to seek out. This set is primarily based on the Japanese set, Storm Emeralda, and features the powerful Mega Rayquaza ex as its spotlight Pokémon.

In ScreenRant‘s review of Delta Reign, it was noted that the cards still focus on Pokémon Legends: Z-A and its Mega Dimension DLC, while also including references to the Gen 3 games and the Delta Episode in ORAS. Pokémon TCG: Delta Reign started its prerelease events on October 24, 2026, with a mass-market launch coming on November 6.

Unfortunately, many of the stores were unable to hold their prerelease events until this week due to shipping delays, so we are just starting to see the online market for these cards filling up. Naturally, this means card values are still highly volatile, so we would always recommend checking the included TCGPlayer links for current values. However, as the dust is settling, these are the cards coming out on top in terms of value.

Altaria (116/103)

Illustration Rare

The beautiful Altaria, with its kind healing tendencies and propensity to hum a soothing tune, is featured on the first Illustration Rare card for this list. Altaria’s card 116/103 shows it flying high in the sky, where its wings and body seem to camouflage into the fluffy white clouds around it while it sings a song to the world.

This full art card is currently shown on TCGPlayer to have an average market price of $29.69 USD, though few actual sales have been confirmed at this point.

Kecleon (117/103)

Illustration Rare

Despite being a Colorless card, Kecleon’s artwork here is anything but. The kaleidoscope of colors that Kecleon seems to be dancing in the middle of makes this illustration truly joyful and eye-catching. Of course, one would think that this number of different colors could be a bit overwhelming to Kecleon, who can change colors based on its surroundings.

Kecleon’s Illustration Rare card 117/103 has already had nearly a dozen confirmed sales, making its value a bit more trustworthy. Currently, TCGPlayer lists an average market price for the card at $31.19.

Groudon (111/103)

Illustration Rare

Groudon is absolutely a powerful Pokémon to face, and the artwork on this Illustration Rare makes that abundantly clear. Said to be the personification of the land itself, here the Legendary Groudon seems to be rising out of the lava, ready to pummel anyone who stands in its way.

Groudon’s Illustration Rare card 111/103 is just barely worth more than Kecleon at this point, with TCGPlayer showing it at a current price of $31.49. However, its average market value is a bit higher, at $37.64 at the time of writing.

Mega Golisopod ex (135/103)

Special Illustration Rare

I’m thankful bugs in the real world aren’t as large and menacing as the Pokémon Mega Golisopod ex is. This Grass-type bug creature is known to use four of its arms to demolish its foes, and even without being the Mega version, it can weigh over 238 lbs. As part of the Mega Evolution set, naturally, it had to be shown here in its most impressive Mega version, and it proves to be a card everyone will want.

Unfortunately, at the time this article is being written, there have not been enough confirmed sales of Mega Golisopod ex’s SIR card 135/103 to give an average market value. However, TCGPlayer does list the card at a current price of $40.98.

Eevee (114/103)

Illustration Rare

One of the most beloved Pokémon to exist, Eevee has already captured the hearts of many. This adorable Illustration Rare of Eevee makes it look so fluffy and charming that you wish you could just reach into the card and pet it. The love that the world has for Eevee carries over to make anything Eevee appears on highly collectible, and this card is no exception.

At the time of writing, TCGPlayer shows Eevee’s Illustration Rare card from Delta Reign with an average market price of $44.33. Sales have stayed pretty consistent around that mark, although it is always good to keep an eye on.

Mega Golurk ex (137/103)

Special Illustration Rare

Said to essentially be a perpetual motion machine inside of a Pokémon, Golurk was first introduced with Pokémon Black & White. Its Mega version was first discovered earlier this year, however, and is shown here on this Special Illustration Rare artwork to be an imposing figure indeed.

Currently, TCGPlayer only has one recorded sale of the Mega Golurk ex SIR card 137/103, with that sale giving it a market price of $49.99. At the time of writing, eBay sales for the card seem to be consistent with that price, but the average value will continue to fluctuate.

Zinnia’s Trust (140/103)

Special Illustration Rare

Pokémon Trainer cards always seem to do well among collectors. This Special Illustration Rare featuring the Hoehn trainer, Zinnia, also benefits from the pure artistry of its illustration. On the full art card, we see Zinnia sitting on a ledge, looking off into the distance with a beautiful skyline behind her.

At the time of writing, TCGPlayer shows that Zinnia’s Trust has already had numerous sales that give it an average market price of $74.94.

Raikou ex (136/103)

Special Illustration Rare

Raikou ex’s lightning powers are shown off on the artwork for its Special Illustration Rare card in Delta Reign, with crackles of electricity coming out from under its massive paw. The impressive stature of Raikou is even more stunning against the dark and dreary background, allowing the vibrant colors of Raikou to stand out.

At the time this article is being written, TCGPlayer does not have enough data on recorded sales of Raikou ex card 136/103 to give an average market price. It does list the card at $129.98, which remains consistent with eBay‘s sold listings of the card that range anywhere from $100 to $145.

Mega Rayquaza ex (141/103)

Mega Hyper Rare

Initially, many thought that this golden version of Mega Rayquaza ex, card 141, would be the most valuable in the set. It certainly is up there for collectors, with average sold prices on eBay coming in at between $270 and $400. TCGPlayer currently doesn’t show enough data to give an official market price, but lists the card at $400.

The Mega Hyper Rare card is a luminous look at the spotlight Pokémon for Delta Reign, and its Storm Emeralda counterpart and has held steady at being among the most valuable from that set. So, regardless of whether it’s listed as number 1 or 2 in terms of most valuable, it is certainly a card that anyone would be lucky to pull.

Mega Rayquaza ex (138/103)

Special Illustration Rare

Although early predictions thought that the golden Mega Hyper Rare version of Mega Rayquaza ex would top the charts for Delta Reign collectors, so far the much more colorful Special Illustration Rare version, card 138/103, has actually surpassed it in several of its sales. It’s difficult at this time to say for certain which of the Mega Rayquaza ex cards are truly the best, however.

At the time of writing, there have been sales of the SIR Mega Rayquaza ex that have gone for as much as $749 on eBay; however, the average market price, according to TCGPlayer, shows it at #383. Once again, this just shows the volatility currently present for the Delta Reign set, but either card is sure to be a valuable addition to any Pokémon TCG collection.
