Cyberpunk 2077: Apartments Guide (Locations, Costs, & Buffs)

[

There are several possible apartments that V can unlock in Cyberpunk 2077, although they won’t become available until after Act 2. These apartments are wonderful places to get Rested, Refreshed, and Energized to get back out there in Night City. Each apartment has different objects to interact with and unique decorations.

The cost will depend on which apartment players want to rent, but the rental fee is only a one-time payment, and players can purchase all the apartments if they have the funds. Each apartment is in a different location, so players may want to consider convenience before choosing one. And remember that any unlocked memorabilia and pets will generally only appear in V’s original apartment in Megabuilding H10 rather than in any of the new places.

How To Purchase An Apartment In Cyberpunk 2077

In order to purchase a new apartment, players need to complete the main story quest in Cyberpunk 2077, “Playing for Time.” They will also need to have access to the EZEstates website. The website can be found by visiting V’s main apartment in the storyline, which is located in Megabuilding H10 in Little China, Watson. The computer is right next to the entrance of the apartment.

Once at the EZEstates website, the new apartments will appear on the homepage. Alternatively, players can select the associated quest for each apartment in their Journal or locate them on the map. The new apartments cost between 5,000 and 110,000. The more expensive apartments are larger and have more decorations and generally better views.

Each apartment also comes with objects to interact with. For example, the Glen apartment has a pool table, and the Japantown home has incense to burn and a guitar to play songs on. While each apartment has a few unique features, the main things to consider when choosing one are location and cost.

Every Apartment V Can Have in Cyberpunk 2077

Along with interactable objects, nearly all apartments come with beds, showers, and coffee brewing which give the player specific buffs. Each buff lasts for one hour and applies stat effects in Cyberpunk 2077. Sleeping gives the Rested status, which regenerates health and gives a 20% increase to skill XP. Showering applies the Refreshed status, regenerating health during combat up to 60%.

To get the Energized status, players need to brew coffee. Having Energized active will increase max stamina by 25% and stamina regeneration by 30%. V’s Penthouse, which is only accessible during the Path of Glory epilogue, does not have usable versions of these amenities.

One exception to these costs is if V has an Intelligence of 20, then players can jack into the keypad to the right of the apartment’s door and hack it so they have full ownership without paying a cent.

Apartments also give players access to their stash and weapons in Cyberpunk 2077, and the size of the stash room will depend on which apartment they choose. As expected, the apartments that cost more are the largest, but players can rent many at once, so it doesn’t matter which one is purchased first.

Players can also customize V’s original apartment, and upgrades can be accessed on the EZEstates website. Cyberpunk 2077 offers multiple home options for players to choose from, adding to the feeling of immersion and customization available in the game.
