Samsung’s ‘cheaper’ OLED TV has hit a record-low price for Cyber Monday

Samsung’s new mid-range OLED TV was already a great value, and the 65-inch Samsung S90F is now selling for just $1,399.99 (was $2,499) at Samsung, a record-low price.

This Samsung deal is clearly aimed at competing with Cyber Monday deals on the LG C5. Both are mid-range OLED TVs that provide great picture quality for the money, and both have an impressive feature set for gaming. However, the 65-inch version of the Samsung S90F is equipped with a QD-OLED display panel, a feature that gives it a notable brightness edge over the LG C5.

In our Samsung S90F 65-inch review, we appreciated its “beautifully crisp and clean picture with both native 4K sources and, thanks to the efforts of Samsung’s latest AI picture engine, upscaled HD images.” Also, we found that the S90F’s built-in speakers provide sound that is “better and louder than you might expect from such an ultra-thin TV.”

As for gaming on the S90F, it has four HDMI 2.1 ports with 4K 165Hz support, FreeSync and G-Sync, and an ultra-low 9.2ms input lag. Samsung’s Gaming Hub also features apps such as Xbox, Nvidia GeForce Now, Luna, and more.

How does the S90F compare to the flagship Samsung S95F OLED TV, one of the best OLED TVs of 2025? It doesn’t have the same brightness levels, and it also lacks that model’s Glare Free tech, which is highly effective at eliminating screen reflections in bright rooms. But at this record-low price, the 65-inch S90F is arguably the better deal of the two.
