Tallulah Willis Reacts to Hateful Comments About Appearance

Tallulah Willis is calling out the haters.

The youngest of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis’ three daughters opened up about the impact that negative comments about her appearance online can have on her.

“People seem shocked -genuinely- when I share my experience being called ‘medically disfigured’ ‘or something to fear,'” Tallulah, 32, captioned a Nov. 2 Instagram post. “I don’t often read these things, but when I do I remember why I almost starved to death after a lifetime of disordered eating.”

It’s why artist—whose sisters include Rumer Willis, 38, and Scout Willis, 35, as well as Mabel Willis, 14 age, and Evelyn Willis, 12, whom the Die Hard star shares with wife Emma Heming Willis—leads her life with intention. And it’s something she hopes others can do too.

“I take pride in that fact that I choose kindness everyday,” she continued, “but I just hope to share with you all the realities that someone who has been unstoppably vulnerable in sharing their ups and downs still gets treated like this on certain corners of the internet. and for the record I am far from what nightmares are made of.”
